PARNELL CLUB'S MEETING It was reported at tho annual meeting of the Parnell Lawn Tennis Club that arrangements had been made for a 21 years' lease, with the right of renewal, of a site of over 'two acres situated in Ayr Street, Parnell. It is hoped to have six or seven grass and three or four hard courts laid down at the new site by the opening of the 1940-41 season, stated the report, Mr. R. J. Coates, who is at present in England, and who has been a>: member since 1900. was elected a life member. The election of officers resulted as follows: —' Patron, His Grace Archbishop Averill; presu dent, Mr. S. W. W. Tong; immediate past-., president. Mr. D. D. Vickermai/; vice-presi dents, Messrs. L.
