TE RORE DISPERSAL The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, reports having held a clearing sale on account of the estate of Mr. J. Quinn, Te Bore. The stock was completely disposed of under the hammer at exceptionally good prices to the satisfaction of tlie vendor. There was one of the largest attendances ct buyers at a clearing sale this season. The dairy herd, being a well-estab-lished one in the district, came forward in excellent condition, and considering that no calving dates nor guarantees were given the prices realised were exceptionally good.
