EVIDENCE AT INQUIRY FOREMAN'S DISCOVERY LIST NOT RECTIFIED INCREASE SEEN LATER ■By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Kecoivcd July 11, 32.40 a.m.) LONDON, July. 10 When the public inquiry into the loss of tho submarine Thetis was resumed this morning, John Rowe, an assistant foreman shipwright at Cammell Laird's, said he examined the Thotis on tho morning of her departure and discovered a list of 2,1 inches to port. Witness reported tho list and was informed that it would be rectified by trimming. A second examination made immediately beforo sailing showed a list of nearly three inches.
