BITTER GERMAN VIEW "WILL,TO MAKE WAR" PROTESTATIONS DISBELIEVED LONDON, July 5 The first admission by the German press that Britain is not bluffing and intends to go to war in fulfilment of her obligations, says the Berlin correspondent of the British United Press, appears in the Borsenzeitung, which states: "Britain does not need to convince us of the genuineness of her intentions. She confirms encirclement and the will to make war against Germany and to allow it to become a world war. "To camouflage this brutal will behind humanitarian phrases or protestations of sympathy to Germany is bluff, hut the will itself is not bluff."
