MOSCOW NEGOTIATIONS ANGLO-FRENCH PROPOSALS REPLY BY THE SOVIET • PREMIER'S RETICENCE By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright LONDON, July ;t The Russian Foreign Minister, M. Mololoff, has communicated to the British Ambassador, Sir William Seeds, and the French Ambassador, M. Naggiar, the Soviet's reply to the British and French proposals for a peace front agreement. Replying to questions in the House of Commons in reference to the negotiations between Britain ami Russia, says a British official wireless message, the Prime Minister. .Mr. ChamherlaTn! said: "Further instructions have been sent to Sir \\ illiam Seeds, and in company with M. Naggiar he had another interview with INI. Molotoff on Saturday. "Britain is now awaiting the considered reply from the Soviet, and I do not think it would he advisable to make a further statement at this stage of the negotiations." Mr. Chamberlain added that he could not be expected to make a more definite statement until this considered reply had been received.
