CALL TO NAZIS

"HOUR OF DECISION" FREE CORPS BEING FORMED SHIPMENTS OF MUNITIONS RELIANCE ON HERR HITLER By Telepraph—Press Association —Copyright (Received June 30, 0.10 p.m.) LONDON. June 30 Fifty thousand Danzig men, aged from 16 to 25, have been ordered to enlist in the Free Corps by July 6, says the Danzig correspondent of the Daily Telegraph. Many are already training in Fast Prussia. The Nazi press calls on every Danziger to be ready for the hour of decision, which may strike any day. It says Germany has promised to assist in any eventuality. The authoritative Danzig journal Vorposten says: "TVe are cotuinced there will soon be a demonstration showing how little Britain and France aro willing to support Polish arrogance." The Vorposten urges the population to strengthen themselves in anticipation of the hour of decision. "It is absolutely certain this decision will be taken," it savs. "The Fuehrer will set the date. Calm and strength will be particularly necessary in the next few weeks." Guns from East Prussia In "Warsaw it is semi-officiallv reported from Danzig that 16 heavy guns and large quantities of ammunition have been shipped in tug-boats from Fast- Prussia to Danzig, and a gun emplacement is being constructed on the strategic hill of Bischofherg. around which police and Storm Troopers hare drawn a cordon. The barracks have been transfoimed into ammunition dumps. Several hundred Storm Troopers have arrived to join the Free Corps. An aviation division drove in from Koenigsberg. The majority of the men and most of the materials aro being smuggled in over the Nogat section of the Vistula Estuary. Warsaw's Accusation

An official communique issued in Warsaw says: "There is no longer any doubt tliat in spite of Danzig's denials a Free Corps is being organised in D'in/.ig. for which barracks have been requisitioned, quantities of frozen meat stored, and tailors regimented for the making of uniforms." The outspokenness of the communique surprised Polish political quarters, where it is interpreted as meaning that Poland will not passively watch the infiltration of East Prussian Nazis into of the Associated Press of Britain reports: Danzig Free Citv to-night is guarded by the "legiti-rnntelv-st lengthened police force."' In spite 'of Nazi denials rumours persist that a Free Corps is being formed and arms and ammunition are being smuggled in. Germans and Poles are blaming each other for creating a war psychosis.
