CAR FOR THEIR TUITION Independent Cable Service LONDON, Juno 23 Members of the House of Lords Committee on Road Safety to-day inspected a one horse-power, two-seater miniature motor-car with a maximum speed of 10 miles an hour to teach school children how to drive.
Tho car may be used in school grounds without being registered. It is fitted with a two-stroke air-cooled motor, forward and reverse gears, clutch, foot brako and accelerator pedal, and costs £35.
