Epsom.—An address on food habits, good and bad, was given by Dr. Guy Chapman at a meeting of the branch. Mrs. G. A. Hardlev presided. Elocutionary items wen? given by Miss E. Well. Afternoon (en was served by a committee under Mrs. I). MaeKay. City Branch. —An interesting address on the life and customs of women in other lands was given by Mrs. J. Bradstreet. Mrs. Keith Maeky presided. Mrs. S. O. English and representatives of the Ponsonby branch wore welcomed. Musical items by Mrs. Wvness wero much appreciated. Mrs. A. Nudds was hostess.
Mount Kden: —The Mount Eden branch held a social afternoon recently, many visitors from neighbouring branches being present. Items wen; contributed by Mrs. CJ. de Berg, who sang, Mrs. Reginald Heed, who gave pianoforte solos, and Mrs. J. Pool, who recited.
