PRICES AT SMITIIFIELD LAMB ADVANCE MAINTAINED OTHER CLASSES FIRMER With satisfactory consumption, '.'.he recent advance in lamb prices at Smitlifield has been fully maintained, states the weekly report of the New Zealand Meat Producers Board.

Wethers arc firm, with better prices. There is a better inquiry for ewes, with prices linn.

I'rozen beef is quiet, with prices unchanged. In chilled hoof there is better trade owing to cooler weather. Prices are firmer.

New Zealand porker pigs are firmer on the better inquiry. New Zealand bnconers are firmer, owing to higher prices for Continental bacon.
