INFLUENZA IN SAMOA
[llY TEIiEGRArn —T'RESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON. Friday A message from Apia states that an influenza epidemic is raging there and in neighbouring villages. Schools have been closed and communication with Savaii has stopped. So far the epidemic lias been mild in form and very few deaths have been reported.
