TIIE JOHN A. BROWN Wireless advice from the Vacuum Oil Company's motor-tanker John A Brown states that she will reach Auckland from Palembang on Wednesday. THE O. B. SORENSEN The Norwegian motor-tanker O. B. Sorensen, from Balik Papan, will discharge to the Shell Company late next month at Lyttelton, Dunedin and Bluff. TRIENZA'S DISCHARGE The British Phosphate Commission's motorship. Trienza. discharging phosphate from Nauru Island at Queen's Wharf, is expected to sail for Nauru on Monday aftenoonr. MONTEREY ON MONDAY The Matson liner Monterey left Sydney yesterday for Auckland. She will arrive at seven i o'clock on Monday morning and berth at ; Prince's Wharf, sailing at five o'clock the i same afternoon for San Francisco, via ports. GAMARIA FROM CALCUTTA \dvice has been received that the British India steamer Gamaria left Calcutta on June 1 for Auckland, via Sydney. She is due here i about July l-">. The Gamaria, of 5255 tons gross, was built at Newcastle in 1020. RARANGA NEXT WEEK The Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Raranga is experted here from Napier on Tlnir«dav to complete loading for London and West Coast ports of Britain. Her departure date has been postponed until July 4.

MONOWAI LEAVES SUVA From Vancouver, the Union Company s passenger steamer Monowai left Suva at 10 o'clock vesterday morning for Auckland. She will arrive at eight o'clock on Monday morning and berth at Queen's Wharf. The liner will sail for Sydney at five o'clock on Tuesday afternoon. RICHARDSON LINE SHIPS The Richardson Line motor-ship Kopara will arrive from the East Coast to-morrow niorninp and berth at King's Wharf, saihnp on her return on Tuesday. The same cornpan v's motor-vessel Pnkeko, from Portland, will" arrive on Tuesday morning and sail for the East Coast the same nipht. AUSTRALIAN TRADE The Union Company's motor-ship Kauri, from Port Pirie, South Australia, arrived yesterdav afternoon and berthed at Central Wharf. The same company's steamer Kairanpa at Western Wharf, will leave to-day for Newcastle. Port Kembla and Sydney to load for Auckland. NAPIER STAR'S SAILING The departure for London and Newcastle-on-Tvne of the Blue Star steamer Napier Star' has been further postponed, until 10 o'clock on Monday nipht. WESTMORELAND AT OPUA The Federal Line steamer Westmoreland arrived in the Bay of Islands from Auckland vesterdav morning, but was forced to stand off Russell because of wind and rain. She will not berth at Op'ua before noon to-day to continue loadinp for London and West Coast ports of Britain and she is now expected to sail for New Plymouth on Monday.
