PRESIDENT RE-ELECTED OTHER DOMINION OFFICERS [BT TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION] WELLINGTON, Friday For the fourth consecutive time the Hon. W. Perry, M.L.C., was elected president of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association at the conclusion of the association's conference to-day. Duncan, W. B. Leadlev and Colonel A. Cowles, Messrs. E. C. Hale (representing Otago-Southland), G. A. Hayden (Canterbury-Westland), C. (). Bell (Wellington-Nelson-Marl-borough), and J. W. Kendall (Auckland); representative on N.Z.K.F. Canteen and Regimental Funds Trust Board. Colonel M. Ald red; representative on War Pensions Board, Mr. .1. K. Harper; representatives on Soldiers' Civil He-establishment League, Messrs. P. I. Golsmith, C. Batten and G. A.
