CHORAL SOCIETY
PRESENTATION TO MEMBER An enjoyable social evening was held recently by members of the Auckland Choral Society and their friends. Mi - , and Airs. K. Pierce welcomed the guests. ftnjoyablc entertainment in the form of musical items, cards, games and dancing had been arranged. Songs were given by Mrs. Fisher. Miss McGregor, and Mr. K. Lewis. Miss F. Postles acting as accompanist. Mr. Stehbing played the dance music. During the evening the presentation of :i framed illuminated address was made to Mrs. L. Collier by the chairman, Mr. ft. Pieiee. on behalf of members in appreciation of her assistance. Mrs. Collier has been a member of the committee for the past 15 years. Mrs. Collier was also created a life member of the societv.
