A complaint was made by Xorthcote and Birkenhead Rovers of petty thievincr at tlnOuter Domain on June 10. It was pointed out that the management could not take, responsibility. It was :i case for club supervision The Glenora Club, which complained of injuries due to boot sprigs. was advised that nothing could he done beyond action heinK taken in conjunction with the Referees' Association/A delegate said that he had noticed referees inspecting players' boots recently on various grounds. The registration of TV. A. Wall, Richmond, was approved.
