INDIAN'S FATAL INJURIES POSSIBILITY OF ASSAULT EVIDENCE AT THE INQUEST [by TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT] TAUMARUNUI, Friday Evidence that the deceased had indicated to him that lie had been attacked was given by an Indian, Mehr Din Akthar, at an inquest at Taumarunui to-day into the death of another Indian, Nazir Hussian, who suffered injuries which later proved fata] when he fell from a train at Ho ro pi to, nine miles from Raetihi.
