Temperance booklets have been prepared and supplied to youth organisations. Bands of Hope and Sunday Schools have been visited and assisted with temperance material. A banner and gold and silver medals were presented to the Girls' Life Brigade for annual competition and other educational activities have been undertaken. Through the generosity of a supporter. a substantial trust fund for temperance educational work has been established, and the council has been registered as an incorporated society. Ail address by the Rev. Dr. R. C. Gillie on "Temperance Work in Great Britain," will be given at the annual meeting to-night.
