HOSPITAL FOR TAUPO
SITE DECIDED UPON [by telegraph- —OWN correspondent] TAUPO. Sunday A deputation from the Waikato Hospital Board, consisting of Messrs. F. Finla.v (chairman), J. Banks H. M. .Martin, J. Price, A. C. Burgess (secretary). J. H. Edgecuinbo (architect) and Dr. M. M. Hot-kin (medical superintendent), conferred with the Taupo Road Board with reference to the provision of a cottage hospital in Taupo. A suitable site on the corner of Ivainianawa Street and the Spa Road was selected for a hospital to contain six maternity beds and two casualty beds, which was agreed on as sutlicieut for the present needs of Taupo.
