SCHOOL TO REOPEN
[BY TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] OPOTIKI, Wednesday According to advice received from the Hon. I'. Fraser, Minister of Education, the Wairata School, in the Waioek'a Gorge district, is to be reopened. For some time the children from the valley have been brought into Opotiki by bus, but, owing to the dangerous nature of the roads to be traversed and the effect upon the children of the very long journey, it has been decided to reopen the school.
