AG LAX, Tuesday A successful concert, in which prominent. artists from Hamilton took part, was held in the Town Hall recently, tho proceeds from which were in aid of funds for the renovation of the Catholic Church. Miss Jocelyn Howe wns responsible, for the organisation, and also presented her pupils in ballets, operatic and tap dancing. Perhaps the most enjoyable items were the groups of songs presented by Mr. .]. Crawford, of tonOther artists from Hamilton, whose items were much appreciated, were Mrs. J. Crawford. Messrs. K. Quill and G. Wheeler (songs). Misses E. Walking, M. and J. I'onnikct (dances) and Mr. Meyer (ventriloquist). The lifiv. Father O'Kane returned thanks to tho organisers, performers and the public.
