CITY BUILDING SOLD
PURCHASE PRICE £12,000 [by telegraph—OWN correspondent] CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday The three-storey city building in Worcester Street formerly occupied by the Sun Newspaper has changed hands at a price understood to he about £'12,000. Negotiations for the sale of the building to a city business man as an investment were completed yesterday and the new owner will' put remodelling work in hand almost immediately.
