WORK FOR PEACE
ADDRESS TO WOMEN An address entitled "How we may work for universal peace," was given by Miss Martha Root to members of the United Women's Association and friends, on Thursday night. Mrs. P. Heath-Preest presided in the absence of the president, Mrs. E. R. Armitage, and at the close of the address presented the speaker with a bouquet. Pianoforte solos were played bv Mrs. R. N. W. Reed.
