COMPULSORY ITALIAN PLAN ROME, May 4 Compulsory provident insurance is being introduced throughout Italy. The scheme provides for a 5 per cent tax payable by employees and emplqyers. After 15 years employees will be entitled 'to a monthly pension of about £7 10s. The scheme almost swallows up the increased salaries granted on April 7. *
