CAT NEWS
Cats in Victoria, British Columbia, are purring ■with pleasurejust now, for they are the only animals who have received permission from the City Council to live in restaurants. There -will be great rivalry in the feline world, for the new decree says that only "one healthy cat properly cared for" is to be kept in each restaurant.
