MODERN FAMILY
Anne Dolamain in "Arrow in the Air" once again introduces tho Fairchild Family, with all their troubles and waywardness. They figured in her novel "Not Quite Wise," but they aro all dwarfed by Sally, a cousin 'who was introduced into the family circle just when things wero going awry. Sally is a delightful character, and'when the mother is killed in a motor accident, takes charge, and gradually brings order out of chaos. It is impossible not to be interested in this modern family from the father, who is a famous doctor, to tho junior member of tho house. "Arrow in the Air," by Anne Delamain (Collins).
