PORT OF AUCKLAND AWATEA FROM SYDNEY TOKYO MARU EXPECTED With 318 passengers from' Sydney, the Union Company's transtasman liner Awatea arrived early yesterday afternoon and berthed at Prince's Wharf. She is scheduled to sail at five o'clock on Monday afternoon for Sydney. The Osaka Syosen Kaisya motor-ship Tokyo JMaru is due to arrive from Lyttelton this afternoon to complete loading for Japan. She will berth at Central Wharf, and is duo to sail on Monday afternoon. The Port Line motor-ship Port Alma is expected to arrive on Sunday morning from London. She will go to the powder anchorage to unload explosives, and is expected to berth on Tuesday night or Wednesday morning.

The Union Company's steamer Komata, from Newaastle ana Port Kembla, loads at Sydney about Monday for Auckland.

The Union Company's steamer Waipiata is due at Auckland from the south about May 10, and will sail on May 26 for the south. The Watchlin Line motor-ship Port Waikato sailed last night for Wellington, Picton, Blenheim, Lyttelton. Dunedin and Timaru. The Port Whangarei is expected to arrive here from Lyttelton to-morrow evening.

The Union Company's motor-ship Waiana left Bluff early yesterday morning for Timaru, Lyttelton and Auckland. Owing to . delays through wet weather and _ the necessity for intermediate dockings she is not expected to arrive here until Friday and will not sail again for the South until May 19.

THE MATTHEW FLINDERS The Sleigh Line steamer Matthew Flinders, which ha.s been discharging at King's Wharf, sailed last night for Lyttelton. THE PORT WELLINGTON The Port Line steamer Port Wellington will arrived at Auckland from Brisbane, via Opua, on Monday to commence loading for London. She will ( berth at Queen's Wharf. NORTHUMBERLAND SAILING The Federal Line steamer Northumberland, which is-loading for London and West Coast ports of Britain at Central Wharf, is to sail early -this morning for Wanganui, thence Picton and Wellington. FORRESBANK'S DEPARTURE The Bank Line motor-ship Forresjbank, after discharging phosphate from Nauru, sailed for Nauru shortly after noon yesterday. THE DUMONT d'URVILLE The French sloop Dumont d'Urville will arrive at Auckland on Monday and will berth at Western Wharf. She will dock for three days while in Auckland. TANKER G. S. WALDEN The tanker G. S. Walden is due at Auckland from Palembang on Monday morning with a cargo of petrol for the Atlantic Uni9n Oil Company, Limited. H.M.S. ACHILLES RETURNS H.M.S. Achilles, which left New Zealand last December for England, is expected to return to Auckland on Monday from Portsmouth, via Suez, Colombo and Singapore. H.M.S.
