LORD CRANBOURNE'S VIEW Independent Cable Servico (Received May 5, E2.15 a.m.) LONDON. May 4 The former Parliamentary UnderSecretary for Foreign Affairs, Viscount Cranbourne, nt a League of Nations Union meeting at Weymouth, said he believed when the present tension was over "we should attempt to form the League again with a reformed Covenant, and what is more important, attempt a considerable measure of disarmament."
