MOVE IN NETHERLANDS BILL FOR STATE SECURITY LONDON, May 3 The Amsterdam correspondent of the Times says the Minister of Justice lias tabled a bill empowering suppression of newspapers guilty of offences against the security of the State, and stigmatising anti-national propaganda as high treason. The press fears restrictions of its freedom.
