OF gHERIFF'S gALEPRIDAY, J£AY 90 1939 - NOTICE IS HiravEßY Gi\EN that pursuant to a Writ of Sale issued out of the Supremo Court of New Zealand at Auckland in an Action Number M.C. 2/1930, wherein Frederick Cannom Victor Clark, of Waihi, Solicitor, is Plaintiff, and Daniel Lawrence Leach, of Waihi, Farmer, is Defendant, I have taken into execution at the suit of the Plaintiff the Execution Creditor ALL THE ESTATE right title or interest of the Defendant as Licensee of the land hereinafter described being all that piece or parcel of land situated in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 320 acres 3 roods 1-1 perches more or less, being Sections* 2. 3 and I of Block 11 of the Waihi North Survey District, which said piece of land is the whole of the land comprised and described in Occupation Licence No. 2311 recorded in Volume (SI3, Folio 3, of the Register Book at Auckland (of and in which said piece of land the said Defendant is registered as the proprietor as Licensee); AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that I shall cause the said estate right title and interest of the Defendant in the said lands above-described to be sold bv public auction on FRIDAY. This property is well watered by a permanent stream. About 7,"i acres are in good grass, subdivided into several paddocks of convenient sizes. It lies well to the sun and there is a little standing bush with some fencing timber on it. Most of the area not now in grass is in fern and light scrub easily ploughable. Most of the existing fences aro in good order. There is a two-roomed House and small shed on the property and it lies about three miles from Waihi with access given by a good metalled road.
