FURTHER DELAY AT NAPIER [BY TELEGRAPH OWN CORRESPONDENT] NAPIER, Tuesday Heavy sens off tho Hawke's Bay coast continue to delay tho former Auckland 40ft. keel yacht Tnwhiri on her voyage to Nelson. Slio left Napier 011 her second attempt to clear tho port at 11 o'clock this morning, but after progressing beyond the breakwater turned back to tho inner harbour, arriving at 12.30 p.m.
