TREBOR CONSISTENT SUCCESS IN OPEN COMPANY After winning six of the last seven races he contested among the hack performers, Trobor had no difficulty in making the grade to open class when winning tho Easter Handicap at Tauherenikau. It was a most impressive performance, for after covering extra ground, he was still able to outstay n smart field. The fact that his runncrnp, Siegmund, won the Great Antnmn Handicap at his next start, emphasised the merit of Trebor's success. On Monday, in the Autumn Handicap, Lady Montana met Trobor a stone better on tho weights carried and, over the shorter distance, she won, Trebor being third.
