STUDIES ENGINEERING [from a special correspondent] LONDON, March 23 While Sir Kingsley Wood, Secretary for Air, was making a tour of the College of Aeronautical Engineering workshops, Chelsea, this week, a young man in overalls, his face grimed by toil, turned, smiled, shook hands and went on with his work. He was Prince Michael Romanoff, 18-year-old member of a Royal family. After this brief meeting Prince Michael said:—"l am here to learn aeronautical engineering, and I love the job.
