SIR P. GAME IN CHARGE CONTROVERSY OVER CONTROL LONDON, Feb. 16 The controversy about the control of air raid precautions wardens lias been temporarily solved by tho appointment of Sir Philip Game, Com-
missioner of the Metropolitan Police, as head of the wardens' service. Proposals that tho service should bo controlled by the police have been resisted, so that Sir Philip now holds two separate appointments.
