INCREASES IN NAVY FASCIST ATTACK EXPECTED ARMY TAKES NEW OATH (Received Febrnary 24, 7.15 p.m.) MOSCOW, Feb. 24 The Red Army is celebrating its coming-of-age, and members to-day individually took a new oatli of allegiance. The commander of the Soviet Navy, Admiral Frinovsky, announcing the recent addition of many new ships, declared the Soviet was preparing for an attack by Fascist aggressors.
