PORT OF AUCKLAND AORANGI AND. OPAWA Tho Canadian-A uatralasian liner Aorangi, from Sydney, advised yesterday that she will arrive off Jsortli Head at 7.20 this morning. She will berth at Queen's Wharf about eight o'clock and sail at 11 o'clock to-mor-row morning lor Vancouver, via ports. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-ship Opawa is expected hero from Glasgow and Liverpool, via Panama, at four o'clock this afternoon. PORT WHANGAREI IN STORM The Watchlin Line motor-ship Port Whangarei left Lyttelton on Saturday evening for Auckland, but was forced to put back through adverse weather, arriving early yesterday morning. She sailed again last night and is due here on Wednesday. THE PORT HUNTER The Port Line steamer Port Hunter will leave Wellington to-morrow for Gisborne to begin homeward loading. WAIRANGI'S SMART PASSAGE After a smart passage of 31 hours from New Plymouth, made at an average speed of more lhan 1G knots, the Shaw, Savill and Albion motor-ship Wairangi arrived at Auckland yesterday morning and berthed at Central Wharf to continue loading for London. She will be in port until the end of the week. RICHARDSON LINE SHIPS From the East Coast, via Portland, the Richardson Line motor-ship Kopara is expected late to-night. Laurie and Company, Limited, received cabled advice from London on Saturday morning that the steamer Adelfoi Chandris sailed from Sfax in Tunis, on February 11 with a cargo of eafsa phosphate for Auckland and New Plymouth. She should arrive here about April 8. Owned by J. D. Chandris and registered at Piraeus, Greece, the Adelfoi Chandris is of 6176 tons gross. She was constructed at Vancouver, Washington, in 1019, as the Cokesit, and was purchased from the United States Maritime Commission last year.
