FUTURE OF TONGA
SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT PRINCE GEORGE'S STUDIES v " •'* . - • # Ideas about the economic, social and cultural development of Tonga under expert guidance have been formed by Prince George Tuboutoa, Crown Prince of Tonga, who arrived by the Hatha yesterday on his return to Sydney University to continue his studies. Prince George said that while he held certain beliefs he did not feel he was competent at this stage to express definite opinions.
Prince George is in the final year of his arts course at Sydney University, at which his studies have consisted mainly of English, history and psychology. He has also studied Latin. Prince George plans to begin a four years' law course on his return to Sydney, and before he finally leaves he hopes to secure a diploma of education. He will then go to England for one or .two years to study anthropology. Prince George, who has frequently visited Auckland, will remain here only a few days before sailing for Sydney/
