DROUGHT RELIEF /■ ' REPLENISHING DAM [PLIGHT OF EICE CROP / ' " By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright (Received February 17, 9.45 p.m.) ' MELBOURNE, Feb. 17 The protracted drought in Victoria has been partly broken with "good ovd'r-night rains, which have now spread into New South Wales and are replenishing the Burrinjuck pam, which supplies the rice crops. Grave anxiety had been felt lately whether the rice crops would ,be saved, owing to the possibility of .water from the Burrinjuck Dam -having to be rationed.
