ONE MINOR CHANGE COUNT TELEKI PREMIER BUDAPEST, Feb. 1G A new Cabinet has been formed by Count Teleki. It is the former one with one minor change. No change in foreign policy is anticipated. Count Teleki whs Prime Minister in 1920-21, and Minister of Worship and Public Instruction in the last Cabinet. The reformation of the Cabinet was due to the resignation of the Prime Minister, Dr. Bela Imredy, who opposed the anti-Jew measures on the ground, that his grandmother was a Jewess,
