Figures and Stripes
In the centre a bold design in navy on a background of white is effective for a linen jumper suit, with navy and white accessories.
Made in one of the new floral-striped crepes in gay colours, the becoming frock below achieves its effect by means of a horizontal arrangement of the stripes in contrast with the vertical border down the centre panel. —Blake and Dorvyne
On the right a -novel design in white arranged in stripe effect on a jade-green background is chosen for an afternoon dress with a tuck-in scarf and sash to tone.
