CLIFF TRAGEDY REVEALED Mystery surrounds tho death by drowning of William Swnnson, .i farm servant, of Ham Cottage, Dunnet, near Wick, Caithness. Swanson, a married man with three children, left homo at 6..'50 a.m. to go to work on Ham Farm. When he failed to arrive searchers were sent out. They traced his footprints in the snow to the edge of tho cliffs. There thoy found his coat and cap. „ Shortly afterwards his body was found in the sea.
