RAGLAN INTERESTS
Mrs. M. Hall and Miss Nora Hall have returned to Auckland, after paying a brief visit to Mrs. It. H. Cushman. Mrs. A. Christianson and Mrs. A. Edwards are spending a holiday touring North Auckland. Mrs. It. Gilmour is spending a few dnys in Auckland. Mrs. H. Babbage has returned to Te Awamutu after spending a few days with her daughter, Miss Irene Babbage. A Paddy's Market, held in aid of St. Peter's Church, proved to bo a highly successful function. Throughout the afternoon the stalls did a splendid business, and wore in the charge of the following:—Cakes, Mrs. W. Young and Mrs. L. Downes; produce, Mrs. T. Carnes and Mrs. G. Carnes; afternoon tea, Mrs. B. Oxenbridge, Mrs. G. Jackson and Mrs. A. McCardle: fancy goods, Mrs. W. Honwood and Mrs. <T. C. Hall. A competition was won by Mrs. Henwood.
