THAMES BOARD'S OVERDRAFT I BY TELEGRAPH —OWN CORRESPONDENT ] THAMES, Thursday The strained financial position of the Thames Hospital Board was the subject ot serious consideration at the monthly meeting of the board. It was stated that the overdraft limit was not sufficient to meet the increased expenditure due to rising costs.
The. chairman, Mr. P. E. Brenan, moved that application should be made to the Health Department for the overdraft limit to Ije raised from £SOOO to £IO,OOO. This action was decided on.
