RELIEF PROGRAMME
RED CROSS SOCIETY A decision to form a comforts committee has been made by the Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Red Cross Society as part of its relief programme. The committee will assist the work of the society in providing for the needs of inmates of public institi# tions in eases of temporary distress. A number of ladies have already indicated their willingness to help with the making of clothes, according to Mr. A. A. Harker, secretary of the Auckland Centre, and the committee will meet very shortly,
