[bt telegraph—rnv.ss association] WE IjJj IXC, TOX, Tuosda y Practically a complete settlement having been reached in conciliation proceedings, the Court of Arbitration lias issued the Dominion saddlers harness and bagmnkcrs' award. The only point in dispute was the proportion of female workers, on which a satisfactory agreement was also effected The holidays clause was slightly amended. Workers are to receive Anniversary Day where observed and another day where it is not observed.
