Pursuant to Section 10 ol the Local Bodies* Loans Act. 1926, the Manurewa Borough Council hereby gives notice ot its intention to raise Loan of £IOOO. I—The name of the said Loan shall be "Council Chambers and t Public Hall Improvement Loan, 1038-'' Council Chambers and to carry out improvements to the Manurewa Public Hall. shall not exceed three pounds ten shillings per centum per annum. 5 —A Sinking Fund of three pounds ten shillings per centum per annum shall be entablished for the repayment of the said Loan. . . , i 6—The security for the repayment of interest and principal shall be a Special Rate of one-twentieth pf a penny in the pound on the rateable value of all ratcab.o property in the Borough of Manurewa. 7—lt is proposed to pay out of the Loan the costs of raising the loan, but no payment on account of either intorest or sinking fund.
