EXTENSION TO WHARF
DUNEDIN ACCOMMODATION HARBOUR BOARD'S PROPOSALS [BY TKT.EGKAPH PRESS ASSOCIATION"]] ~ DUNEDIN, Saturday To accommodate another two overseas vessels at Dunedin, the Harbour Board is extending one of its wharves. Work is to be completed by May. Tenders have also been called for the supplv of piles and decking for the completion of the wharf at' Fort Chalmers. . As is certain to be the case with many other construction works in the Dominion, the import restrictions may seriously hinder progress. However, granted that timber can be imported, the engineer expects a start to be made with the work in a feiv monthß time.
