BOWLERS DEATH
COLLAPSE IN PAVILION The death occurred suddenly in the pavilion of the Auckland Bowling Club yesterday morning of Mr. W. J. Liversidge, aged 50, of 6 Stanmore Road, Grey Lynn. Mr. Liversidge, who was an employee in the waterworks department of the City Council, had been taking part in a bowling tournament, but had gone into the pavilion after complaining of being unwell. He was examined by Dr. J. Hardio Neil, who found that death was due to heart failure. No inquest will be necessary.
