ASSAULT CHARGE
BUTOHER REMANDED [FBOM OUK OWN CORRESPONDENT 1 HAMILTON, Wet)nnsd:iy A charge of assaulting Dr. John Mackenzie, a veterinary practitioner, in Hamilton on December 20, was preferred against Lionel Horace Fisk, a butcher, aged 27, in the Police Court to-day. Senior-Sergeant G. H. Lambert said that Dr. Mackenzie had a broken rib and could not appear. Accused was remanded until January 12, bail being allowed.
