At a meeting of the Auckland Metropolitan Milk Council held on the 19th day of December, 1938, a Resolution was passed to the following effect: — That the priceu for milk and cream fixed for the period from the Ist day of September, 1938, to the 30th day of April. 1930, by resolution of the Council, dated the 29th day of July, 1038, be amended— A. By deleting therefrom Clause 1 (d) fixing the price to be paid to a Dairyman bv a Milk Vendor for milk bought for sale to tho Health Department for distribution to schools and by substituting therefor: , „ rT (d) For milk bought for sale to the Health Department for distribution to schools — (1) From the 3rd day of January, 1930, to the 31st day of March, 1030 8y 2 d per gl.
