PROPERTY TAKEN OVER VALUE EXCEEDS £!4,000,0t)0 (Received December 20, 6.5 p.m.) ROME. Dec. 10 Real estate taken over from Jews in Milan is valued at £10,000,000,. and in Turin at £4,000,000. This results from the decree that Jews must declare "the value of their property, real estate and buildings, to the Government, after which any amount in excess of £2OOO in tho country and £3300 in the towns is assessed, and handed over to a State organisation, which will run the property, the Jews receiving 4 per cent bonds.
