LOWER HOLIDAY RATES LONDON, Dec. 14 The Postmaster-General, Mr. George Trvon, announces that radio-telephone rates to various countries, including New Zealand, aro to bo halved from December 23 to January 4, inclusive, with the exception of Christmas Day, when normal rates will be charged.
